We recommend changing your pads frequently to minimise the risk of irritation and infection, however, the frequency is very individual for each mother. Suggested washing temperature for our breast-pads is a maximum of 40 degrees, either machine or hand wash. Wash before use.  For best product care, leave to air dry. Do not tumble-dry as this can cause shrinkage.
